A planning tool to help you get clearer on what matters to you and make space for it in real life.
Start by identifying your values, then turn them into small, realistic goals that feel aligned with the kind of life you want to live.
Build out your week around your existing commitments and let the tool suggest where those value aligned goals could fit.
You can move things around, change the names, adjust the timing, and make the plan work for your life. The aim is not perfection. It is about living more in line with what matters.
There will be days that do not go to plan. That is normal. The goal is to reflect, reset, and come back to your values again.
Add the values that matter most to you right now. These might be things like health, family, rest, fun, faith, connection, growth, business, or calm.
Set up your own categories and colours before building your schedule. This keeps the planner flexible and personal to you.
For each value, create a small goal that helps you live in alignment with it. Keep it realistic and specific.
Choose your planning window, add your fixed commitments, then let the tool suggest where your value aligned goals could fit.
Once you have added your goals, the tool can suggest places for them in your week based on the free space around your current commitments. You can then edit them, rename them, change the timing, delete them, or drag them somewhere else afterwards.
You can drag blocks around to move them. Double click a block to edit it. Use delete in the edit box if you want to remove something.
This is the bit that brings it to life. The aim is not to do it perfectly. It is to notice what helped, what got in the way, and come back to your values again tomorrow.
A gentle reminder
There will be days where things happen that are out of your control. That does not mean the plan has failed.
The important thing is to notice it, adjust, and come back to what matters.
You can save this as a PDF, print it out, or revisit it and tweak it as life changes.
For a simple daily check-in, a Ta-Da List tool can sit alongside this for gratitude and reflection. We can add that link in here once that tool is ready.
